Our Commitment to the Community:
Over the years, each holiday season, the Flatlanders come together to provide
the less fortunate children of West Texas, with Christmas gifts. We work in conjunction with the Salvation Army ,
Marine Corp., Fire Dept. , and KWES t.v. channel 9 for TOYS for TOTS to make these children feel special during
the holiday season. Many thanks to our generous sponsors who donate merchandise, time and funds to help us,
help these kids. Without our members' help and the help of our sponsors, these children would not have Christmas. We are fortunate
to have members and a community like ours, to make this happen.
We also volunteer for the annual AIRSHO produced by the
Commemorative Air Force , a true privilege and experience of Patriotism . The Flatlanders support our past , present
and future soliders in their defense of the values we all hold so dear .
